Budget Financial Statements and Responsibility Reports
Financial statements and responsibility reports that list only budget data can be produced. These reports can be used during budget preparation and review processing to verify budget distributions. Budget financial statements and responsibility reports can also be used to prepare forecast reports of subsequent year activity based on budgeted values. These reports can be prepared at any time during the year and can contain budget data from any budget year and sequence. Budget data is listed on the reports in a two line format. The first line contains the budget amounts for fiscal periods one through seven. The second line contains budget amounts for fiscal periods eight through thirteen and a total year amount. All reports, including income statements, are prepared with line description information on the left side of the report. The accumulation codes defined on the report line descriptions are used in accumulating budget amounts. Detail account budget values can be listed by setting the detail print option to Y when reports are selected.
