Planning Action Detail Report Request

The Planning Action Detail Report Request report is a printout of the Planning Action Detail Report Request screen (RP310S01).  It is generated for each Planning Action Detail Report request to provide a record of the report request criteria.

RP530B

Planning Action Detail for MRP Parts

The Planning Action Detail report lists either the simulated or actual calculated results of the Requirements Planning Generation program (RP100E), depending on the option selected on the report request screen.  This report provides the following information for each daily master scheduled, requirements planning, or service part (depending on the selection criteria): descriptive part information, time-phased detail of all requirements and orders, s projected inventory level adjusted by existing requirements and supply orders, order action messages to suggest a response to an inventory surplus or shortage, a resulting inventory level if an order action is initiated, and a listing of all unscheduled purchase orders and the quantity remaining to be scheduled.

Each requirement is pegged to it’s corresponding parent part/customer number and order.

Planning Action Detail for JIT Parts

The Planning Action Detail report lists the calculated results of the Requirements Planning Generation for JIT Parts program (RP105E).  This report provides the following information for each part: descriptive part information, time-phased detail of all requirements and supply, a projected inventory level adjusted by existing requirements and supply, order action messages to suggest a response to maintained production if a surplus or shortage will occur, and a resulting inventory level if the suggested order action is initiated.

Each requirement is pegged to its origin.
