Planning Action Detail Report - Purpose
RP530E
The Planning Action Detail Report program (RP530E) prints the Planning Action Detail report (RP530B), which contains the results of the most recent execution of the Requirements Planning Generation programs (RP100E, RP105E, and RP106E). The program processes requests that were entered online and validated by the Planning Action Report Request program (RP310E). Requests are retrieved from the Planning Action Report Request file (RP310AP1). The report record files generated by the Requirements Planning Generation programs are read and reported in vertical, time-phased sequence. This program prints the projected inventory balance, formats the appropriate order action messages, and provides the resulting inventory balance based on the Requirements Planning print parameters (if all order action is initiated). This program also provides information for unscheduled blanket purchase order quantities (if any) for reported parts, and develops the Order Action Inquiry work file.
