Scrap Expense Detail

This report lists all scrap transactions that meet the criteria entered by the user when the report was requested.  The criteria are printed at the top of the report.  (The report is requested on the JIT Scrap Expense Report Request screen, JT310S02.)  The records are retrieved from the JIT Scrap Transaction File (JT170BP1), which contains one record for each scrap transaction entered through the JIT Unplanned Material Usage conversation.  Report subtotals are provided for each part, production center, product family, plant, and company.

Scrap Expense Summary

This report lists the total scrapped quantity and total scrap expense for all transactions that meet the criteria entered by the user when the report was requested.  These criteria are printed at the top of the report.  (The report is requested on the JIT Scrap Expense Report Request screen, JT310S02.)

The information on the report is retrieved from the JIT Scrap Transaction File (JT170BP1), which contains one record for each scrap transaction entered through the JIT Unplanned Material Usage conversation.  Totals are provided for each product family, plant, and company.
