Scrap Expense Report - Purpose
JT530E
The Scrap Expense Report program (JT530E) prints the JIT Scrap Expense Detail report (JT530A) and the JIT Scrap Expense Summary report (JT530B). These reports are requested online through the JIT Scrap Expense Report Request screen (JT310S02). When the report job is run, the file containing the report requests is read by the JIT Scrap Expense Report Call program (JT520E), which calls this program.
The Scrap Expense reports list the quantity and expense of all scrap transactions that meet the criteria specified by the user. For the detailed report, totals are given by reason code, part, production center, product family, plant, and company. For the summary report, only family, plant, and company totals are included.
