Production Schedule with Availability/Load Calculation (JT525A) displays the projected inventory (availability) for each part in a production center within a plant, and the production that is over or under schedule. The report also displays the production center's total load and the percentage of capacity.
If the period that you request to be analyzed is greater than one week, the sum of the percentage of total load for the subsequent week(s) appears under the column "Remaining in Period." The percentage of capacity for this period is also determined.
Production quantities may be expressed in terms of the number of containers. Incomplete containers are rounded up to the next number.
You may request the report to generate data for one production center, for the production centers of a production center family, or all the production centers within a plant. You may also request only parts that have production scheduled, parts that have a relationship with the production center; or parts of a specific part family.
This report is generated by accessing the Production Schedule Report Request option on the Just-in-Time menu.
