Production Schedule AVL Report - Purpose
JT525E
The Production Schedule AVL Report program (JT525E) processes all requests from the Production Schedule with Availability/Load Report Request file (JT315AP). For every request, all the selected production centers are processed and for each selected part, the production schedule and projected inventory are calculated and printed.
When all the selected parts of a production center are processed, the program calculates the production center's total load by accumulating all of the parts' loads (production rate multiplied by run units). The percentage of capacity is calculated by dividing the weekly/daily production load by the weekly/daily capacity of that production center.
The reports list a rough-cut production rate/projected inventory for the next five days or weeks (or a multiple of five depending on the number of weeks requested). The reports will be generated based on the options chosen in the Production Schedule Report Request program (JT310E).
If the user requests a report by container, all of the production schedule quantities will be converted into the number of containers (and not into the projected inventory).
