Manufacturing Order

The Manufacturing Order report lists the components and routing operations required by an order.  This report is designed to accompany the order on the shop floor.  It is printed when an order is released (if specified by the user) or it may be requested from the Shop Paperwork Request Screen if the order is open or closed.  The stock locations listed for the components are the primary stock location for non-lot-controlled parts, the SIR location for SIR (simultaneous issue and receipt) parts, or the location with the earliest FIFO date for lot-controlled parts..

If two bill of material records exist for the same component part, the "collapsed" component requirement that is printed on the report notes the first operation number where the component is used.  If the part is a configured item with screen rule options, the user may request a list of the options, the option values, and their descriptions.

If the Job Control module is installed, job-related information is listed for those manufacturing orders that are associated with a job.

If the Expert Configurator (EC) module is installed and the parent part or any component parts are configuration costed, their configuration code and expanded configuration code will be displayed
