Manufacturing Order/Requirements Delete

The Manufacturing Order/Requirements Delete Report lists all records physically deleted from the Manufacturing Order, Component Requirements, and Labor Requirements Files during execution of the Order/Requirements Purge program. The report horizon date indicates the date specified by the user when the Order/Requirements Purge program was initiated. The horizon date is the last date on which a record will be deleted. A manufacturing order record is deleted if its date of last activity and close date are earlier than the user-defined horizon date.

Sales Order Header/Line Delete
|
The Sales Order Header/Line Delete Report lists all records physically deleted from the Sales Order Header File and the Sales Order Line File during execution of the Order/Requirements Purge program. The report horizon date indicates the date specified by the user when the Order/Requirements Purge program was initiated. It is the greatest date on which a record will be deleted. A customer sales order will be deleted if the close date and date of last shipment are within the user-defined horizon date.
