Translation Reports Overview
The International Translation Facility allows you to generate different types of reports:
· Exception report (indicates exceptions during repository generation and source update transactions).
· Control report (simulates the source translation by printing the translated report/screen layout).
· Translation Status report (identifies the status of the translation for each module).
· Change Points Status report (identifies the code change and prints a summary of the member changed).
The exception report is generated every time an exception occurs when the command TR100CMD or TR150CMD is submitted (see 1 - QPRINT - Term Translation Exception report). The Control report (see 2 - QPRINT - Report/Screen Layout report) is generated on request when the command TR150CMD is submitted with the control report print flag set to yes.
The Translation and the Change Points Status reports are generated respectively by the Translation Status Report conversation and the Automatic Translation of “.” and “,” in the Sources conversation.
