Year-End Processing

The following document is a description of the areas that will be affected by year end.  It will specify when there are differences between version 5.1 and later versions.  Within the procedures, some steps will require user maintenance.  Others are automatically maintained by the system.  This document will explain those tasks that need to be done by the user, as well as those the system performs.

There are some procedures that must be completed at certain stages of processing, and others that rely on first completing other steps.  Therefore, please read the entire document before beginning the procedures.
