Transfer Order Audit Trail Print - Purpose

The Transfer Order Audit Trail Print program (TC500E) produces a report listing all transactions that have been posted successfully to the following files:

·     TC100MI           Transfer Order Header

·     TC100M2          Transfer Order Line

·     TC100M3          Transfer Order Comments

·     TC110M1          Transfer Requisition

·     TC100M2          Transfer Requisition Comments

Only transactions that have not been printed on a report before are selected from the sorted Audit Trail file (TC500AL).  After the transactions are printed, the transaction audit trail records are updated with a print flag value of 1 so they will not be printed again.  Those transactions remain on the file until the Transfer Control File Reorganization program (TC020E) is run on the audit trail file.

This program is called from the Pending Operations by Module option on the System Processing Menu.
