Transfer Control Requisition Maintenance - Purpose

The Transfer Control Requisition Maintenance program (TC110E) allows you to maintain requisitions on the Transfer Requisition file (TC110M1) and requisition comments on the Requisition Comment file (TC110M2).  Through this program, you may change or delete existing requisitions, as well as add new requisitions.  The program also allows you to process comments for requisitions.

Each requisition may have up to 99 lines.  Each line defines one part, its requisition quantity, and its due date.  The user may add lines to a requisition, change lines (within limits, if any part of the requisition has been covered by a transfer order), cancel a line, or reinstate a canceled line.  When changing existing requisitions, you may not change the line status;  you must change the status in Partial Line Validation.

You can also call this program in asynchronous mode from the Initiate/Cancel Monitors menu.  Transfer Requisition Creation/Update Asynchronous Requests will be submitted from the Simulation Reconciliation program and will be processed by this program.

F9 - Enter Inquiry allows the user to call the Transfer Requisition Inquiry program (TC810E) for any existing   requisition.
