Shop Floor Audit Trail Print - Purpose
SF500E
The Shop Floor Audit Trail Print program (SF500E) prints transactions that have been processed by the Labor Requirements Update (Online) program (SF120E). Only transactions that have not been printed previously are selected by the logical view (SF495AL) of the audit trail transaction files. After a transaction has been printed, a flag is set on to prevent that transaction from being selected again.
These flagged transactions remain on the file until a transaction history purge is run. The audit trail program updates the System Control file (CT100M) with the date and time of printing.
