Indirect Hours Summary Report - Purpose
SF550E
The Indirect Hours Summary Report program (SF550E) reads the logical Shop Floor Report Requests file (SF520AL) in order to obtain indirect hours summary report transactions (type R30). For each valid transaction found, at least one report is produced, listing all against them. The transactions must have a posting date (on the audit trail file) that lies between the specified start and end dates for the report period.
There are two versions of the report; the user may have requested either one or both of them for printing. The first report summarizes the hours reported by indirect hours code (SF550A). The second report summarizes the same transactions by employee and machine (SF550B).
After each report request has been processed, it is deleted from the report request file. Any transactions that result in an error are listed on the Indirect Hours Exception report (SF550C).
