The RP Part Depletion Analysis Request program allows you to record a planned component change and request that the Part Depletion Report be printed.
When the Part Depletion Analysis Report option is chosen from the RP menu, this program will display the Part Depletion Analysis Request detail screen with a subfile. This subfile will be loaded from the Part Depletion Report Detail file. The Analyze Part flag will be defaulted to 'Y' but can be changed to 'N'. If the value is 'N', then the use-up analysis will not be performed for the part. If the value is 'Y', then the use-up calculation will continue to analyze the item and recalculate the depletion date.
To request the Part Depletion Analysis Report to be printed, you must enter in 'X' in the Submit Request field.
