Product Cost Sheet

The Product Cost Sheet report provides a single-level list of the components and routing operations required to manufacture a part and the calculation of their material, labor and overhead cost contribution. Current, standard or simulated cost information may be requested. If current cost information is requested, standard total costs and standard this-level costs for the parent part are also shown (2 places): for comparison purposes. If standard cost information is requested, current total costs and current this-level costs for the parent part are also shown (2 places): for comparison purposes. If simulated cost information is requested, current total costs and current this-level costs for the parent part are also shown for comparison with the simulated costs. If a part is an MRP part, the crew operation flag, number of persons and machines, and piece rate are shown for each operation. If a part is a JIT part, operation offset and leadtime days, labor hours, and machine load are shown for each operation.
