The Cost Rollover reports provide a listing of all parts that would be affected by the selected rollover option. For each part, the material, labor, overhead, and total costs are printed, depending on the cost type selected during the transaction request. Any errors detected during processing are noted on the report.
Three types of reports can be generated: The Parts Selected for Standard Rollover Report lists all parts that have been flagged for a selective current to standard cost rollover. This includes parts both automatically and manually selected. This report lists both the current and standard cost fields for the part. The Parts Selected for Simulated Rollover Report lists all parts that have been flagged for a selective simulated cost rollover. This report always lists the simulated cost fields for the part. The user may choose to also see the current and/or standard cost fields for comparison. The All Parts with Simulated Cost Report lists all parts that have been flagged for having simulated cost activity. This report always lists the simulated cost fields for the part. The user may choose to also see the current and/or standard cost fields for comparison.
