The Projected Demand Maintenance - Async program (MS155E) updates the Projected Demand Master file (MS150M) with the maintenance transactions entered by the user through the Projected Demand Maintenance (online) program (MS150E).
This program compares the workfile created by the online program to the master file, then adds, deletes or changes master file records accordingly. Once the update has completed, the workfile is cleared and an asynchronous message is sent back to the user's workstation.
