Planning Period Definition - Purpose

The Planning Period Definition program (MS025E) is used to define planning periods for Master Scheduling reports and inquiries for a calendar. The program displays a detail screen on which the user may enter the calendar code. If the calendar is valid the program displays a detail screen on which the user may add, change, review, or delete planning period definitions. The user may define up to sixty periods by entering six-digit dates that represent period start dates. Since the program sorts these dates into ascending order, they may be entered in any order.
This program is called directly from the Master Scheduling Application Menu.
