Routing Maintenance - Off-line - Purpose

The Routing Maintenance - Off-line program (ME125E) maintains the Routing file (ME120M) in Off-line Processing mode only. Transactions are processed sequentially by plant and part. For each transaction read from the Off-line Transaction file (ME120AL), a record is written to the appropriate Transaction Register (ME120CP1 or ME120CP2) in order to track transaction entry by reference number. For each transaction error detected, a Transaction Error Record (ME515AP) is written. For every update to the Routing file, an Audit Trail Record (ME120BL) is written in order to track data base activity by part number.
