Production Schedule Firm/Unfirm - Batch - Purpose

The Production Schedule Firm/Unfirm - Batch program (JT230E) allows the user to freeze the production schedule until a user-defined horizon date so that the Requirements Planning and Master Scheduling modules cannot change the production schedule. It also allows the user to unfirm a production schedule, if a change is necessary.
The program retrieves requests from the Production Schedule Firm/Unfirm Request file (JT330AP) and prints each request after processing. If a request was not processed, the appropriate error message is printed with the request record.
