Misc. Cost Allocation - Audit Trail Gen - Purpose

The Misc. Cost Allocation - Audit Trail Gen program (JT220E) allows the user to enter parts that are received from an outside workcenter in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment. This program can be used only if the time recording option (RC11TO) on the JIT System Defaults is equal to Y. All transactions are written out to the JIT Shop Reporting Audit Trail file (JT200BP1). These transactions are later used by Inventory Accounting to determine costs associated with producing parts. If there are any invalid transactions, the subfile page of the first such transactions is shown to the user for correction. After all of the transactions have been validated, the files are updated.
