Lot Control Inventory Relief - Purpose

The Lot Control Inventory Relief program (JT150E) produces lot issue and lot receipt transactions for component parts of JIT parent parts in a given plant. The program runs in both online mode and asynchronously if processing an Electronic Data Collection transaction. The Multiple Location (IC130M) and Warehouse Balance (IC140M) files are updated. Also, the Flow Issue Audit Trail (JT120BP2) and Flow Issue Transaction Register (JT120CP2) are written to record the inventory transaction.
Transactions that result in a negative warehouse balance or a negative multiple location balance are written to the Inventory Control Transaction Error Register (IC505AP).
This program is connected by F9 to the Inventory Stock Status Inquiry program (IC820E) if it is running online.
