Labor Hours Time Recording Audit Trail Gen - Purpose

The Labor Hours Time Recording Audit Trail Gen program (JT200E) allows the user to perform Employee Time Recording in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment for a given plant. This program can be used only if the time recording option (RC11TO) on the JIT System Defaults is equal to Y. All transactions are written out to either the JIT Shop Reporting Audit Trail file (JT200BP1) or the JIT Indirect Hours Audit Trail file (JT200BP2). The program has two modes: online mode (for transactions entered on the screen) and asynchronous mode (for transactions entered through Electronic Data Collection). If there are any invalid transactions and the program is running online, the subfile page of the first transaction in error and a corresponding error message are displayed. If the program is processing an Electronic Data Collection transaction and there is an error, that transaction is flagged as an error and the file is updated. After all of the transactions have been validated, their respective files are updated.
