The JIT File Purge program (JT020E) deletes records from the Flow Authorization file (JT100M) and the Flow Requirements file (JT120M).
Based on a user-input horizon date, the program purges flow authorization records that are closed and have an end date less than or equal to the horizon date for all plants in the file. If a flow authorization record is found which meets these conditions, a search is performed on the Flow Requirements file. All flow requirements records (JT120M) corresponding to a flow authorization are deleted, after which the flow authorization record itself is deleted. A summary report is printed for each plant giving the number of records deleted.
