Warehouse Balance Maintenance - Purpose
IC220E
The Warehouse Balance Maintenance program (IC220E) maintains cycle count, descriptive, and sales data. It adds, changes, deletes, and reactivates records on the Warehouse Balance file (IC140M). All maintenance to current master file values is performed online.
After a transaction has been posted, report records are written for the Inventory Control Maintenance Audit Trail and Transaction Register reports. The Warehouse Balance Inquiry program (IC930E) can be entered from this program by pressing F9 (Enter Inquiry).
