Part Transaction History Inquiry - Purpose

The Part Transaction History Inquiry program (IC885E) displays all the past stock movement transactions for a part.  The transactions are displayed either by cutoff date, by manufacturing order number, or by lot number.  If the cutoff date search option is specified, transactions are read from the Part History Logical file (IC885AL) in reverse date sequence.  Inventory balances for the part requested are reported as of the current date or to date and as of a from date by the user.  All transactions from the from date to the current date or to date are displayed.  If the manufacturing search option is specified, the transactions will be sorted by manufacturing order and then by date and time posted.  If you choose the lot number search option, the transactions will be sorted by lot number and then by date and time posted
