Manufacturing Order Receipts and Component Issues - Purpose
IC130E
The Manufacturing Order Receipts and Component Issues program (IC130E) processes manufacturing order receipt and component issue transactions. For manufacturing order receipts, any simultaneous issue and receipt components are issued through the asynchronous processing of this program. For manufacturing order receipts, the Manufacturing Order, Multiple Location, Warehouse Balance, Lot Control, Configuration Code, and Part Master files are updated. For component issues, the Component Requirements, Multiple Location, Warehouse Balance, Lot Control, Configuration Code, and Part Master files are updated.
The program is connected to the Part Location Search program (IC960E) to search for the most suitable location in inventory for the specified part if the part is location-controlled. It is also connected to the Empty Location Determination program (IC980E) to determine if the location selected by the search program already contains a quantity. The program is also connected (via F9) to either the M.O. status Inquiry program (IC830E) or the M.O. Inquiry by Job program (JC820E), depending on whether the M.O. has been associated with a job. The Auto Order Release program (OP630E) is called after a successful receipt to receive configuration coded, lot-assignable parts whose MOs were created by the Expert Configurator.
