Manufacturing Order Close - Purpose
IC260E
The Manufacturing Order Close program (IC260E) permits the display, review, and close of opened manufacturing orders within the order release horizon. You can request displays of all orders, only those orders for a specific analyst, or orders with a last activity date earlier than a specified date (all with the current plant).
When you specify the orders to be closed, a record for each order is written to the Manufacturing Order Release Transaction (IC200AP). One message is written to the Asynchronous Message Monitor. This monitor calls the Manufacturing Order Post program (IC102E), which processes the transactions asynchronously, closing the selected orders.
