Pending Operations Check - Purpose

The Pending Operations Check program (BC030E) determines which batch jobs are pending for Electronic Data Collection. The program reads through all EDC transaction files for any transactions which are in error, in order to turn on the pending transaction flag for the error transactions report. The program also determines if any bar code labels are pending for any plant.
