Revision Levels Purge - Purpose

The Revision Levels Purge program (DE050E) deletes records from the Revision Levels file (DE170M) if the records meet the deletion criteria.
The program will delete any revision levels which no longer have flow authorizations associated with the related part number.
Also, to delete a revision level, its effectivity date must be less than the horizon date so that a new revision level scheduled to take effect on the horizon date or sometime in the future will not be deleted.
Finally, the revision level will not be deleted if it is a current revision level.
All the above checks must be satisfied for a revision level to be deleted.
