Revision Level Daily Update - Purpose

The Revision Level Daily Update program (DE180E) identifies the revision level that will be coming into effect for a part within the next shop day. It updates the Part Master (DE100M) record of the part with the new revision level and effectivity date, and it also updates the history flag of the part's previous revision level record on the Revision Level file (DE170M). A report is generated indicating all the new revision levels coming into effect.
