RP Planning Action Files Cleanup - Purpose
DELRPT
The RP Planning Action Files Cleanup program (DELRPT) is called whenever one of the following two situations occurs:
1. It is called from either Part Master Maintenance-Online Update (DE100E) or Part Master Maintenance-Batch (DE110E) whenever the demand code (found on the Part Master file) changes from R (requirements planning part), S (service part), or D (daily master scheduled part) to M (standard master scheduled part).
2. It is called whenever a part is deactivated. When this occurs all RP100AP1, RP100AP2, RP100AP3, RP100AP4, RP100AP5, RP130AP1, RP130AP2, RP140AP1, RP140AP2, RP140AP3, and RP140AP4 records for the part/plant combination are deleted so that no trace of the part exists in the RP Planning Action Report files.
