Master File Compatibility Check - Purpose

The Master File Compatibility Check program (DE030E) checks files for batch jobs pending for Design Engineering. If any jobs are pending, the parameter PRM is passed to the Common Features Pending Operations Check program (CF070E). PRM is formatted with the job names for all those pending jobs.
