Indented Bill of Material Where-Used - Purpose
DE920E
The Indented Bill of Material Where-Used program (DE920E) displays parents that use the requested part in the specified plant (either directly or indirectly) as a component. On the Function Select screen, the user specifies a part type (or ALL), an effective date (or ALL), and a highest-level indicator. This indicator specified whether all levels should be displayed or if only end products (that is, top-level parents) should be displayed. The program displays all direct and indirect parents that meet the user-specified criteria. If all levels are to be displayed, the program lists each product structure separately, from lowest level to highest, with each successive level in the structure indented to the right.
