Container Master Maintenance - Purpose

The Container Master Maintenance program (DE130E) adds, changes, and deletes records on the Container Master file (DE130M). All transactions are entered and validated online. A valid transaction is posted to the Container Master file, and an audit trail record is written. Transactions with errors are redisplayed to the user with the fields in error highlighted. Accompanying error messages are also displayed for each invalid field.
