Build-Thru Component Net Change Flag Maint - Purpose

The Build-Thru Component Net Change Flag Maint program (DE116E) determines the build-thru components related to the bill of material's product structure. This program searches for all children of a parent part which are build-thru (part type 6) and changes their Net Change flag on the Part Master file to option '2' if a build -thru part is being added, deleted, or the effectivity date in or out is changed. This program is called by DE120E (Product Structure Maintenance) and DE200E (Multi-line Product Structure Maintenance).
