Batch Part Cost Maintenance - Purpose

The Batch Part Cost Maintenance program (DE240E) adds, changes, and deletes records on the Part Cost file (DE105M) and the Part Master file (DE100M). If the Product Costing module is installed, part costs are generated by MAC-PAC, but you can override specific part costs through the Part Cost Transaction file (DE240AP). This program validates those changes, and posts the valid transactions to the Part Cost file and the Part Master file.
