Routing Changes Preparation - Purpose
CP090E
The Routing Changes Preparation program (CP090E) flags orders to be rescheduled by the Capacity Planning Labor Requirements Generation program (CP100E). An order is rescheduled if changes to the part being ordered were posted to the Part Master file (DE100M) during Routing File Maintenance (ME120E). This program is called if net processing was requested on the Capacity Planning Labor Requirements Generation Request screen (CP080S01). The plant from the screen is used to access IC100L10 and DE100L14 so that only parts associated with plant on screen are 'net' processed (if processed at all).
If the Shop Floor Control module is installed, this program flags only planned orders. Open and firmed orders are rescheduled by the Labor Requirements Reschedule program (SF110E).
If the Shop Floor Control module is not installed, this program flags planned, open, and firmed orders.
Open orders are processed only if the Load Open Orders Option on the System Control file is set to yes.
