CP100E
The Capacity Planning Labor Requirements-Generation program (CP100E) schedules the routings for planned orders and JIT flows (if the Shop Floor Control module is installed).
If Shop Floor Control is not installed, this program schedules the routings for planned and firmed orders and JIT flows. It also schedules the routings for open orders if the load open orders option on the Capacity Planning control record on the System Control file is set to Y. (If this flag is set to N, the open order is not processed by this program.)
This scheduling, referred to as labor requirements generation, is performed on all effective routings for the order or for the flow authorization. All routings are found on the Routing file (ME120M).
This program also schedules the routings for all flow authorizations in the Flow Authorization file (JT100M) which are not yet closed.
MRP order scheduling is based on the due date (backward scheduling). JIT flow scheduling is based on the start and due dates, lead time days, and operation efficiency.
