Document Master Maintenance - Online Update - Purpose

The Document Master Maintenance - Online Update program (BD100E) allows a document to be added to, changed on, or deleted from the Document Master file (BD100M). All transactions are entered and validated online. A valid transaction is posted to the Document Master file, and an audit trail record and transaction register record are written. Transactions with errors are redisplayed with fields in error highlighted and an appropriate error message displayed.
