Bill of Documents Transactions Register # Purpose - Purpose

The Bill of Documents Transactions Register program (BD540E) lists all maintenance transactions entered and processed for the Document Master file (BD100M) and the Document Structure file (BD120M). Transactions are grouped by reference number and batch number. Each group has a subtotal for the number of transactions read. Transactions with errors are printed with a relevant error message. The program prints all transactions or only those transactions with errors, depending on the option on the Design Engineering Control Record.
