Bill of Documents File Create - Purpose

The Bill of Documents File Create program (BD010E) initializes the master files in the Bill of Documents application. The user specifies the file to be created on the File Support Menu. The files are physically created during the initial compilation routine of the installation procedure, but these files cannot be used until they are initialized by this program. A parameter indicating which master file is to be initialized is passed from the calling control language program. A physical file control record is output, as is a data base control record. If this program detects an error condition, the applicable code and message are displayed to the user on the File Support Menu.
