Accounting Code Changes Report - Purpose

The Accounting Code Changes Report program (IA520E) generates the Accounting Code Changes report (IA520A), which lists all parts that have had accounting code changes and the effects of each change. The transfer of the part value from the old account to the new account is shown. Total net change amounts are accumulated by account, location, and company. This program retrieves accounting code change transactions from the Inventory Journal Entry file (IA520AL). The Accounting Code Changes Request Exceptions report (IA520B) prints an error message for any exceptions that occur during processing.
