Chart of Accounts by Account Print - Purpose
GL780L
The Chart of Accounts by Account Print program (GL780L) produces a list of all financial and statistical accounts for a company/location. A batch job is submitted immediately to print the report when the user selects the Chart of Accounts List menu option from Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, or the Account Master reports option from General Ledger. When this job is released, GL780L is called to produce the report. The program reads the accounts from the Account Master file (GLFILEL5) and prints each record to the report. Whenever a new company is encountered, its name is retrieved from Reference File category 002 and printed on the report.
