Draft Maintenance - Purpose
DM110E
The Draft Maintenance program (DM110E) is an online program that allows the user to maintain bank drafts. The program uses three screens for draft maintenance. It first displays the Draft Selection screen (DM110S01). From this screen the user can directly access a particular draft or display a list of all drafts for a customer. If the user enters company/location, payment type, and draft number, the program displays the Draft Maintenance screen (DM110S03).
If the user enters company/location and customer number, the program displays the Draft List screen (DM110S02). From the Draft List screen, the user can select a listed draft and display the Draft Maintenance screen. On the Draft Maintenance screen, if the draft has a status of "submitted", the user can alter the revised draft due date, draft amount, bank information, refusal date, and draft status. If the user changes an automatic draft's status to "refused", the program sets the draft number and issue code to blank on the Open Item file (AROPENP).
The program displays the document type, document date, and installment number of the corresponding invoice for automatic draft types. After the program validates all changes, the program updates the Draft Master file (DMDRFP).
