Selected Standing Payables Report - Purpose
AP790E
The Selected Standing Payables Report program (AP790E) is called from the Standing Payables Report Request program (AP310E) and submitted as a held batch job. After the batch job is released, the program reads the entry parameter to determine the user-entered criteria for the report. The criteria are printed on AP790A. The program retrieves records matching those criteria from the Tentative Open Item Header and Tentative Open Item Detail files and prints that information on report AP790B. Total gross amount and total discount amount are provided for each batch and company/location. Grand totals are also provided.
