Daily Fiscal Journal Report - Purpose
AP175E
The Daily Fiscal Journal Report program (AP175E) creates the trial and final Daily Fiscal Journal reports (AP340A) for the Accounts Payable module. The reports list the accounting distributions generated from Accounts Payable business transactions. This program is called when a demand or final General Ledger Distribution Post is requested.
When the user requests a demand post, this program prints a trial Daily Fiscal Journal report, and updates the Print Flag on Reference File category 139 to Y (yes). Once the Print Flag is updated to Y, a final post may be requested.
When the user requests a final post, this program prints a final Daily Fiscal Journal report, and updates the Print Flag on Reference File category 139 to N (no). In addition, a final post request causes this program to update the following fields on category 139: Cumulative Balance Credit Amount, Cumulative Balance Debit Amount, Last Journal Period/Year, and Number Line.
