Synchro Files Reorganization (RPG) - Purpose

The Synchro Files Reorganization (RPG) program (GA024E) deletes all delivery requests (GA210M1, GA210M2) if they have no associated releases or if the greatest period end date of the releases is less than or equal to the input parameter date. Offset releases (GA200M) and delivery request comments (GA210M3) are also deleted.
A report is written to document the deleted records.
